Couples in crisis. Individuals in the middle of a major change. The moment when the ground moves and you're not sure what the next right step is — that's the work I do.
If we've worked together, you already know me. If someone sent you here, welcome — this is a short introduction to who I am and how I work.
I coach couples and individuals through acute crisis — betrayal and infidelity recovery chief among them, alongside every other kind of hard season a marriage or a life can hit. It's private, it's direct, and it's built to move quickly. Most of the people I work with are high-functioning and used to handling things themselves — right up until the one thing they couldn't handle alone.
It's not what you talk about. It's how you talk about it — and whether you can stay on the same side of the table while you do.
I don't hand people a diagnosis and a six-month calendar. I help them get their footing, name what's actually happening underneath, and start moving toward the next right step — together, wherever that leads. Some marriages repair. Some pause. Some release. In every case, the goal is two healthy people who can look each other in the eye and know what to do next.
I spent years walking with people through the worst seasons of their lives — organizational leadership and cross-cultural work, long before I had a certification that named it. When I came home and built a practice, I wasn't starting something new. I was doing the same thing I'd always done, with better tools and a sharper method.
I believe almost any marriage can be restored and genuinely happy when both people are willing to do the work together. And when that's not where it lands, I believe people can still come through it whole — with their feet under them and a real path forward. That conviction is the whole reason I do this.
My full practice, including how the work is structured and how to begin, lives at Harbor Coaching. If you're carrying something hard right now, that's the place to start. And if you know someone who's in the middle of a crisis and doesn't know where to turn — you're always welcome to send them here, or straight to me.
